STEP 1: Get comfortable
Find a quiet spot. Sit, stand, or lie down.
STEP 2: Adjust resistance
Turn the knob to set your resistance level (up to 70 lbs). Start light and build gradually.
STEP 3: Position the device
Place it between your thighs — ensure contact with your pelvic base. Feel secure.
STEP 4: Perform the movement
• Engage your core and inner muscles
• Hold 5–10 seconds, then relax
• Repeat 3 sets × 10–15 reps
